ROUNDWOOD   LAWN   TENNIS   CLUB

The club benefits from 3 outside floodlit all-weather courts in a woodland setting.  A new pavilion is currently being built, due for completion for the new season 2008.
Two men's and two mixed teams play in the Ipswich and District Summer League, & also in the Felixstowe and District Floodlit Winter League.  Six men's pairs play in the IDL Sunday morning Winter League.
Social tennis is regularly played throughout the year on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, and by arrangement at other times.

The annual subscription is £90.  Separate membership fees are also available for families, juniors and full-time students & also for "Country " members.  The subscription also includes membership of Pauls Sports Club - see elsewhere for more info about the clubhouse facilities (lounge bar & sports lounge with giant TV screen, etc.)  The clubhouse prices are well below other local pubs, etc.  The subscription also includes associate membership of the Lawn Tennis Association.

(Mrs) Jo Bond is the club coach and a coaching programme will start up in the spring.  New members, particularly those already playing regularly, are always welcome.  However we can facilitate those who want to learn to play.

JUNIOR COACHING will begin Thursday 3rd April 2008 ~ for 5 weeks.
